1) Do you accept the OEM order or customized products?

– Of course, the OEM order will be welcome. You can show us the design drawing, details etc., and our engineer and designer will make the final artwork and send to you for confirmation. Once finalized the design, we will create the mold, produce and revise the sample until it meets your satisfaction. Upon your approval, we will start the production accordingly to your order.

2) What is your product warranty policy?

– Each piece of our fine quality stainless flatware & tableware comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturers defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner/purchaser. Should you receive a defective item you may return the piece with proof of purchase/copy of original invoice to us, or if you have any additional questions you may contact us directly at the contact information provided below.
